We ship worldwide and offer flat rate shipping fees. What does this mean for you? You can enjoy ordering multiple items without incurring any additional shipping costs!
Shipping costs are dependant on your location. Simply add the items to your cart to view the cost of shipping your items to you.
Delivery Terms
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada arrive within approximately 3-5 business days. International orders should arrive in approximately 2 weeks. This varies depending on location and post office delays. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Almaas Boutique encourages you to be aware of these potential costs. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Almaas Boutique. You will then receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Returns
If you’re not happy, we are not happy.
You can breathe easy knowing that you’ve got 30 days to return your items if you are not satisfied.
We offer a 30 day return policy. Here’s everything you need to know:
- Items must be in unused condition
- You arrange for shipping anytime during the 30 day window and ship the product(s) back to us
- Once returns are received and accepted, you will receive a refund. We will refund you the full amount for the products, minus the shipping costs. The refund will be processed and you will receive a refund confirmation. How simple is that?
We at Almaas Boutique like to put the beautiful religion of Islaam first. So what is the driving force behind our returns policy? The Sunnah of our Prophet sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam.
“Among the transcational acts that have been stressed and highly recommended by the Prophet is that either of the contractual parties is to rescind the bargain if he regrets concluding the sale, does not need the commodity anymore, or is unable to pay its price. He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, ‘Whoever accepts the demand of a Muslim to rescind a bargain, Allaah will rescind his faults on the Day of Resurrection.” (Vol 2, Page 33)
